Can I view and order additional images online?

Yes. Complete our enquiry form for additional images and Montage Fotos will arrange a unique link for you to view and purchase your child's images. 

What method of payment can we use?

Online payments through your school's unique 'pre-order' page is preferred, but we will also accept cash and credit cards.

Please Note: There will be a $2.00 credit card surcharge per student, this needs to be organised with us prior to the day.

Can I order for multiple children online?

Yes, every child's order must be a separate transaction to ensure all details are filled out correctly and no order is missed.

When will my child's photos be back?

The Montage Fotos team pride themselves with a quick turn around time. Photos will be returned within 8 weeks to your school from when your child's photos were taken. 

Mum and Dad are separated, can we both order?

Yes, separate envelopes for mum and dad, please indicate on the back of the envelope if order is for Mum, Dad or Carer.

If lost my order envelope, what do I do?

No worries, a limited number of spare order envelopes have been issued to your school. You can also place on online order at your school's unique 'pre-order' page. Online orders close approximately 48 hours prior to your school's photo day.

Can I pay on the day?

Yes, for on-the-day payments, please find one of our friendly staff to assure your child is not missed.

Sibling photos, is this an option?

Yes, There is a section on the order envelope for either 

* sibling photo x 1 (Registered or Not Registered at the Centre/School)

* sibling digital images x 3 (Registered or Not Registered at the Centre/School)

Ohh No, I forgot to order my child's SCHOOL photos!

No worries! All school students are photographed, just call 0455 513 616 and we can help you.

I didn't receive my school photos.

Don't panic, 

- Did your child hand in their order envelope (check their school bag)

- check with your school office and teacher's room.

- If you still haven't located the photos, please call us 0455 513 616 and we will be able to help you.

My child was absent on photo day, do I receive a refund?

Yes, All refunds are sent back to your school with the photos, please check with your school office for your refund envelope

I didn't put correct money into my order envelope, do you give change?

No, Correct cash only in your envelope. 

Have your staff and photographers had a police check?

Yes, it is a requirement that all our staff have current 'Working with Childrens' accreditation and police clearance.
